Returns policy

We're sure that you'll be delighted with your goods purchased online* from Petite Pomme but if you find that the item is no longer required or appropriate then we will be happy to offer a refund within 14 days, subject to our terms and conditions.

UK returns

What to do

Log in to your account on our online shop and go into the "My orders" section. View the details of the appropriate order, fill in the reason for the return and tell us whether you'd like a refund or an exchange, and click "Request return authorisation". We'll provide you with a return reference – please put this on your parcel and make sure the item is repackaged securely.

Please add the appropriate postage and send your package to Returns, 649 Great Western Road, Glasgow G12 8RE, Scotland. Use a trusted and assured parcel delivery service and make sure that postage is fully paid.

Things to remember

  • The original receipt must be enclosed with the package. Where returned items are received without a receipt of purchase, no refund can be given.
  • If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within seven working days from the day after the day you receive your order.
  • Please use a trusted delivery service as Petite Pomme cannot take any responsiblity for items lost in transit.

Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed under normal circumstances. Shipping charges will be applied to orders that qualified originally for FREE UK delivery, if the remaining amount of the order, after reimbursement, does not reach £100.

We do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges unless it is due to a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item has been shipped, whereby we will also pay for the cost of the return postage (up to a maximum of £4.95). However, you do receive FREE UK standard shipping on the new item that we ship back to you for the exchange!

International returns

We are happy to refund the full value of unwanted goods returned to Petite Pomme in their original condition, with all labels and tags intact, within 14 days, subject to our terms and conditions. Customers who return items after 14 days may, at our discretion, be issued with a credit voucher to be used on our website. Items returned after 28 days will not be accepted.

If returning an item from outwith the European Union and to avoid paying unnecessary export taxes make sure the customs declaration paperwork is carefully completed. When labelling the package please mark it as "returned children's unwanted GB merchandise" with no value on the customs declaration to make sure no duty or tax is charged, as any taxes charged to Petite Pomme will be deducted from the value of the refund. If the charges are higher than the refund amount then the package will not be accepted. If you have any questions about this please contact us for advice.

We will email you to confirm your order has been received and when your order has been dispatched.
