Delivery info

Your goods will be delicately wrapped in tissue paper before dispatch.

Standard UK delivery
We use Royal Mail First Class post to deliver your goods. We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours, sooner if possible. The charge for this is £5.95. Where orders are particularly heavy we may use a courier service.

Express delivery
If you need your order quickly please contact us directly and we will do our best to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.

Collect in store
We also offer a collect in store option. You can order your goods in the online store and then collect them at Petite Pomme whenever is convenient. There is no charge for this service.

Overseas delivery
For deliveries within the EU our delivery service costs £8. For countries outwith the EU, please contact us before you place your order to confirm postage charges.

All delivery times are subject to payment being received in full. Payment by cheque will delay dispatch time until the cheque has cleared.

Gift wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for £3.50. Please tick the appropriate box at checkout. You will be offered an option to attach a personal message for the recipient. Bigger packages may cost more but we will contact you with details.
